Griffin Area Resource Center Welcomes You

Who We Are

Since 1955, the Griffin Area Resource Center has been a private, non-profit organization that supports people ages 18 and up with developmental disabilities like down syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy, and cognitive or learning impairments.

We work to empower persons with disabilities to attain the highest level of personal independence and connection to their community.

Our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly in the actions of our initiatives. From the moment we started our work in 1955, we understood that by working together we could overcome challenges much more efficiently. We strive to make a positive change in all of our pursuits.

Helping Around Town

We enjoy helping other local community organizations raise money for their own causes. Here, we helped to build a Kitchen Basket that will be auctioned off at the Sun City Civitan Club Golf Tournament! For more information on the Civitan Club visit civitan.org
